For some, the weekend is a time to sleep in and relax. But for us gym junkies, the weekend is often a time to go harder with our workouts. Need some ideas? Here’s a few.
The British Military Fitness Red Workout from Tribesports.com is designed to push your reps up and increase your strength. It’s serious business. To see a demonstration, click the link above to see the creator of the challenge do a run-through.
Can’t make it to yoga class? Try this quick video from Tara Stiles. It’s designed to work on your flexibility and perfect for the morning.
If you feel like dancing, try this 20 minute video with Denise Austen. It’s fun, counts as cardio, and who knows? Maybe you’ll find a move worthy of your next venture to the club.
Do you workout on the weekend? What does your routine look like?

I love the British workout! What a great idea
Since we’re in Pittsburgh today and tomorrow – I may have to do this since we don’t have access to a gym.
The tribesports challenges definitely come in handy when you don’t have a gym available. I’m also obsessed with NIKE training club app. The workouts on there are insane.
Chest and back and shoulder weights last evening, long run in the sun today! Not sure about Sunday. Totally agree that the weekend is the time to step it up!
Damn! You’re serious about your fitness. Right on! I need to start working out my back, chest and shoulders more. Maybe I’ll hit those muscle tomorrow.
Rock on! The more serious I get, the better I feel! Yay! (:
Back, chest, and cardio Saturday. Booze brunch on Sunday. Don’t judge me!
No judgies. I booze it up Friday, rest Saturday and go hard on Sunday.
