  1. I love the British workout! What a great idea :) Since we’re in Pittsburgh today and tomorrow – I may have to do this since we don’t have access to a gym.

      The tribesports challenges definitely come in handy when you don’t have a gym available. I’m also obsessed with NIKE training club app. The workouts on there are insane.

  2. Chest and back and shoulder weights last evening, long run in the sun today! Not sure about Sunday. Totally agree that the weekend is the time to step it up! :)
