Hi everyone!
We’re only 3 months into the new year, but I’m already feeling the need for a major life overhaul. Isn’t this the time people start to slump on their resolutions, anyway?
I think so. I’m already missing those not so familiar faces at my gym; you know the people you fight over the elliptical with all through January, only to have them disappear on you by…now. I’m sure they will be back around Spring Break, but until then, let’s keep moving towards our goals!
May I draw your attention to the domain name? Yes, yes!! I finally purchased my domain. It would have been a .com, only someone else in cyber-space literally jacked it from me two days before I attempted to purchase it.
Currently, I am looking for a super cool, but inexpensive web/blog designer. If you know anyone shoot me an email at the address given below.I know that everyone says WordPress is easy, but I only think that’s true when you’re sticking with the free-blogging features. I just don’t get wordpress.org or anything. And I even own WordPress for Dummies!
Keeping inline with the new domain, I am also on a quest to renew myself. This month I’ll be hitting the gym crazy earlier, trying to eat cleaner, and generally live a healthier lifestyle. Yes, these are my general goals, but I’m in the process of fine-tuning them.
I’d love if you all could get on the bandwagon with me and share what you are working on.
As for this month, you can expect the following:

And of course, there will be workout videos, sample workouts, reviews and all the other things you visit this site for. This site will be updated 3x’s a week. All you have to do is search for my blog in the “Search for a Blog” search engine.
Fit is the New Black will be reinventing itself right along with you. If you haven’t noticed, there are a few new bells and whistles to the site. I draw your attention to the new health calculator tabs, as well as links to the sites Twitter and Bloglovin accounts. Yes, yes, I know. I’m excited and proud too!
